What a great dining experience! I ordered the Taco Salad and it was delicious! Boyfriend ordered the meatloaf with mashed potatoes and beef vegetable soup. The meatloaf was delicious and the potatoes were hearty enough to stand up to gravy! The last dish ordered was the 4 piece fried chicken. It came with salad and choice of potato, french fries were ordered. The chicken was a beautiful golden brown and crispy without being dried out. The fries were wavy cut and crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside. Our waitress was attentive and friendly. She made sure our coffee cups were kept full, checking on us during the meal to make sure everything was good and then BEFORE bringing the check asked if we wanted dessert! That was the topper to the meal, and we will be going back. Price wise, for 3 people it came to a reasonable $35.00.

Waitress was extremely nice and attentive. It's a nice little hide away that's kinda like stepping back in time. Was not impressed with the food. We simply did not say anything we paid, left a 20 percent tip as we felt bad for the waitress since the place was empty and then went to another restaurant to eat. The portion sizes here were not for an adult. I saw the patty melt on the menu and usually I get the best patty melts from little mom and pop places like this. The burger patty was the size of a McDonald's single cheese burger. The fries, all 14 were good. Vegetable beef soup had no beef in the soup, lots of vegetables. I gave it two stars really because of the waitress. I heard about them serving a great breakfast but I don't think we're going back. Best I can say is give it a try and see what you think.

My husband and I decided to try for the first time for dinner. The waitress was extremely nice. The food on the other hand was horrible. We ordered our steaks Medium rare. His steak was cold while mine was cold and still raw. The potatoes which were instant still had umixed clumps of powder. Needless to say neither of us are our food but still paid basically full price. We will never eat here again.
